We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship. 

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. 

Delivery Times 

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after your order ships. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high-demand periods, or external factors outside our control. 

Free Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 may be subject to a shipping fee, which will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us and we'll help. 

Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, contact us at yumerahome@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 

Lost or Delayed Packages 

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at yumerahome@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue promptly.
